The "IT'S A KNOCKOUT OLYMPICS" 2011.

WE WIN NAME AND USAGE RIGHTS ARGUMENT.

We recently won an argument with a competitor over the use of the words Knockout Challenge in connection with It’s A Knockout. The competitors stance centred around a claim that anyone can use these words as they held common usage. However, the barrister appointed upheld our rights and in his decision accused this competitor of passing-off and of fishing for our clients. This process was via the DRS procedure at Nominet (who police the .uk domains). The result can be searched and viewed on the Nominet website.
